After ten amazing years as part of our Salute family, our beloved Agustina needs us now more than ever. She was recently involved in a devastating accident, and while the road ahead is long, we know she’s not walking it alone because family shows up for family.

Join us on Friday, June 13th at Salute Market for a night of love, support, and celebration as we rally around Agustina. We’re throwing a fundraiser like only Salute Market can with DJ TONS spinning, raffles, and a whole lot more in the works.

Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the newest addition to the Orin Swift portfolio—Advice from John, the only Merlot ever released by the iconic winemaker.

The night begins with a welcome drink, followed by a guided seated tasting paired with a curated plate designed to complement the wine’s bold profile. Guests will enjoy two glasses of Advice from John—one with the tasting plate and a second served alongside a short rib dinner entrée, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Elijah to elevate the Merlot’s unique character.

To close the evening, indulge in a final dessert bite—a sweet send-off to a memorable night of flavor and craftsmanship.
